Instructions: Separate lid and plunger from flask  -  Add 2 -3 teaspoons of luxury tea to flask (adjust amount of tea to desired strength)  -  Use only luxury quality tea, for the best tea experience  -  Pour freshly boiled water over tea to fill line. Leave room for milk if desired. -  Steep tea to taste, we recommend 3-7 minutes.  -  Add milk, sugar or lemon to taste.  -  After brewing the tea, place plunger evenly over tea and press down until plunger is all the way down.  -  If you do not have time to wait for the tea to brew, place the plunge evenly over the tea and press down until plunger is all the way down and proceed to next step. Then sometime later you can open the tab, carefully lift the plunger to the fill line and then press down until the plunger is all the way down again.  - Carefully screw lid on to avoid scalding, and press remainder of the plunger down - Ensure tab on lid is open when screwing lid down to prevent an airlock, otherwise the tea roadie may leak. - Close tab and make sure it is tightly closed
