For formal times garnish the glass with a strawberry and a sprig of mint - for non-formal times pour into a glass and enjoy it gulp after gulp! If you have small children use the Strawberry Kiwi tea to make popsicles - they taste great and have very little sugar.

Hot Tea: Put 2 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 7-9oz of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep 10 min. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
