This colorful soup mix makes 10 cups of tasty soup - either Hearty Minestrone or Hearty Beef - recipe card for both is included.

You just need a minimal fresh ingredients for each:  Hearty Minestrone ( you need to add tomatoes, carrots, potato, cabbage and water), and Hearty Beef ( you add ground beef, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste and water).

Note: We always keep one of these in our pantry and when I make it, I add left over beef, a package of frozen tomatoes from our garden, water and if we have any left over veggies I add those too.  A delicious soup!
